So for my last drop I really had to go on a quest – like in freakin bundu-bashing to meet up with the awesome ouks from Zinkplaat (translation = corrugated metal). But boy-o-boy it was worth the mission…Firstly I was told to meet them on this weird deserted farm place in the middle of flippen nowhere (uh somerset west) where they were supposed to be rehearsing. Yeah, when I got there it was pitch black, with a few random houses and a bunch of goats…you can imagine.

Eventually I found them! BUT only to find out that their lead guitarist had pitched up to the rehearsal without his guitar…(apparently its not an obvious thing to bring along). Eventually I ended up drinking some stumpies with the guys (while waiting for mr guitar dude to return)…

• We find 9 models, scatter them throughout Kloof Street (pretending to be just hanging out)
• Each of them wears one of the new t-shirt designs
• We issue a map of their locations
• And at 11:30 we’ll be hosting a guided tour of all the designs (freaking out innocent bystanders no doubt)
• Best photo taken during the show wins 3 of the t-shirts (your choice of design)
• We’ll also be armed with lots of Steri Stumpie and other goodies
• It will be frickin amazing

Q: Hey Brandt. Thank you so much for agreeing to design us a shirt. We love your work like we love your body. Tell us, how long have you been working as a creative?

A: I have been drawing pictures ever since I can remember. But I only started getting paid for it about 10 years ago.

Q: And may you get paid for it for many more years to come. Tell us, Brandt, how many Steri Stumpies do you drink, on average, per week?

A: At least 6.

Q: Wow. 6 is a lot. That’s almost one for every day of the week. Guess ‘Sunday is rest day’ huh? Hur. Anyway, when’s your favourite time to drink a Steri Stumpie?

A: On my way to work.

Q: Ah, we can just imagine you nestling the old Stumpie between your muscular thighs while you drive. What’s your favourite flavour for thigh-nestling?

A: Cream Soda.

Q: The Green Queen! We love her too. Bless. Do you find the Stumpies help you with your ideas?

A: I can’t think of anything else when I’m drinking one, but yes – inspiration normally strikes soon after.

Q: Bam! Just like that hey. So, what do you use as inspiration for you work?

A: Reading, mostly. And music. Anything that induces the imagination.

Want to know how you can get your hands on a T-shirt? We’ll let you know as soon as we can. It involves a competition. And that’s all we’ll say for now.

We’re super amped to have just started briefing our team of Steri Stumpie illustrators, with whom we’ll be working to create some Limited Edition Levi’s® T-Shirts. We’re not going to say just yet what we’ll be using them for, but you won’t be able to buy them - yes, that’s how rad they’re going to be. The brief to the illustrators is pretty cool - design a full-colour illustration inspired by your favourite Steri Stumpie flavour. The designers who have accepted the brief so far are as follows:
